We want you to feel confident when you choose a planning package from Whrixxennlix. This Return Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and re-delivery work for our digital planning services. It complements our Terms of Use, which you should read alongside this page.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to all planning packages purchased through our website or invoiced directly by our studio at 1950 Richmond Rd, Lyndhurst, OH 44124, USA. Because everything we deliver is a digital planning artifact (worksheets, templates, written notes, video calls), there is no physical product to ship back. The rules below describe how we handle refund and re-delivery situations instead.
2. Cooling-off period
You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided that no planning materials have been delivered yet and no consultation calls have taken place. To start a refund within the cooling-off period, send us a short note through the Contact page including your order reference. We will confirm receipt within one business day.
3. After delivery has begun
Once we have delivered any planning materials or held the first call for your package, the value of the work performed is no longer eligible for a full refund. In that situation we apply a fair partial refund based on the portion of the package still outstanding. For example, if you purchased the Household Month package and we have delivered one of the four weekly plans, three remaining weeks would be eligible for refund.
4. Subscription-style packages
Some packages, such as Steady Quarter, are delivered week by week over a longer period. You may cancel one of these packages at any time. Cancellation stops future deliveries and triggers a refund for unused weeks. Weeks already delivered remain payable.
5. How to request a refund
Refund requests must be sent in writing through the Contact page. Please include:
- Your full name as used at purchase.
- The order reference or the email address you used to purchase.
- A short description of the reason you are requesting the refund.
We aim to acknowledge every refund request within one business day and to issue approved refunds within ten business days, depending on the original payment method.
6. Re-delivery and revisions
If a planning artifact does not match what was agreed in your intake notes, please tell us within seven days of delivery. We will revise the materials free of charge so they fit your household. We treat re-delivery as part of doing the work properly; it is not a substitute for a refund where one is owed.
7. Refund methods
Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. If the original method is no longer available (for example, an expired card), we may issue the refund as a credit toward a future package or via a different agreed channel.
8. Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for refund:
- Sessions missed without prior notice and without any attempt to reschedule within fourteen days.
- Requests made more than thirty days after the package has been fully delivered.
- Materials shared with third parties in violation of our Terms of Use.
9. Promotional and gift purchases
Packages purchased at a promotional price are eligible for refund according to the same rules above, calculated on the actual amount paid. Packages purchased as a gift may be refunded only to the original purchaser.
10. Disputes
We do our best to settle every refund question quickly and fairly through email. If a question cannot be resolved through email, please call us at +1 216-448-4325 during business hours. We commit to listening before discussing escalation.
11. Updates to this policy
We may revise this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last changed. Updates do not affect refund rights for purchases made before the change date.
